What is Christ-centered leadership coaching?
First what coaching is not. It’s not consulting or mentoring, and it’s not a form of counseling or therapy. It's not about more information. You don't need another podcast or seminar. It’s about you and I coming together to experience transformation. Moving you forward from where you are to where you truly want to be!
What happens during coaching?
Our intentional relationship moves you forward through weekly video sessions lasting 45 to 50 minutes two times per month. Transformation happens as we work proactively "in between" sessions to strengthen the inner life. With a healthy inner life you remain empowered to carrying the weight of your responsibilities.
