What is Christ-centered leadership coaching?
Christ-centered leadership coaching is not consulting, mentoring, counseling, or therapy. And it’s not about giving you more information. You probably don’t need another podcast, book, or seminar.
Coaching is about transformation.
It’s an intentional relationship where we come together to listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, discover what is happening beneath the surface, and identify the steps that will move you forward.
Together, we look at who you are becoming—not simply what you are doing. We work from the inside out, helping you become the leader, spouse, parent, and person God is calling you to be.
The goal is simple:
To help you move from where you are today to where you truly want to be.
And because this coaching is Christ-centered, we don’t separate your leadership from your faith. We create space to listen for God’s direction and allow your relationship with Christ to shape the transformation taking place in your life and leadership.
What happens during coaching?
Coaching is built around an intentional, trusting relationship and a commitment to meaningful growth.
We meet twice each month for a 45–50 minute Zoom conversation. These conversations provide focused time to step back from the demands of leadership, think deeply, gain clarity, and identify what needs attention.
But transformation doesn’t happen only during our calls.
Much of the growth happens in between sessions as you intentionally apply what you are discovering to your everyday life. We focus on strengthening your inner life—your character, self-awareness, relationships, spiritual life, and emotional health—so you can continue to carry the weight and responsibility of leadership without losing yourself in the process.
Because lasting leadership transformation doesn't begin with doing more. It begins with becoming more.
