Welcome, I'm Todd Glendenning.

I'm a Christ-Centered Leadership Coach. I come alongside leaders — pastors, managers, and up-and-coming leaders — who want to grow in every role God has entrusted to them: as a spouse, a parent, at work, and for some, in vocational ministry. I especially love working with leaders who are faithful, capable, and quietly running on fumes — the ones who'd never say they're struggling, but know something's off.

Together, we cultivate the inner life — clarity, integrity, and strength. As leaders flourish on the inside, they lead with greater health, faithfulness, and effectiveness on the outside. My passion isn't just to help leaders survive the demands they carry, but to help them thrive in every role — leading with resilience, authenticity, and joy for the long haul.

A bit about my own story: I've been married to my wife, Wendy, for 37 years — a woman I love and respect more with each passing year. We raised four children who are now adults building lives of their own, and we're blessed with four grandchildren. Being with them is effortless joy.

I spent 25 years in ministry, from Youth Pastor to Lead Pastor, at the church I grew up in — so I know what it costs to lead people you love for the long haul. For the last decade, I've used my business degree managing golf cart logistics for a company that was acquired by the PGA Tour, learning the discipline of operations, systems, and management at a national scale. All that said, I'm a handyman at heart and a farmer in my soul, even if that farm is still more dream than reality.

Now I'm finally stepping into a calling I've carried for years: coming alongside Christian leaders and helping them flourish — not just in ministry, but in every corner of their lives.
